First responders are still trying put out the fire which engulfed the Loveworld convocation arena, at billings way Oregun Lagos.
Though the area has been cordoned off by officers of the Nigeria Police Force, Neighbourhood Watch, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency and Civil Defence are still on ground.
An eye-witness Mr Henry Egbuka says Men of the Lagos State Fire Service were not allowed access into the burning church building when they arrived at the scene.
According to him, efforts to put out the fire early was frustrated by some undisclosed persons.
