A former President of the Nigerian Senate, Adolphus Wabara, along with other members of the People’s Democratic Party’s Board of Trustees have expressed their condolences to victims of the recent explosion in the Bodija Area of Ibadan.
The PDP chieftains visited the disaster site shortly after paying a courtesy visit to Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State at his office in Agodi, Ibadan.
Speaking on behalf of the group, the former Senate President and chairman of the PDP BOT commended the rescue team’s efforts and professionalism in the rescue process.
During the visit, the members offered prayers for the victims, expressing hope that such disasters would not reoccur, praying that the perpetrators be brought to justice.
