The Supreme Court has reserved judgment in the appeal filed by the Labour Party and its Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi, against the affirmation of the election and declaration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress as the validly elected President of Nigeria in the 2023 Election by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
The Labour Party had filed the appeal following the decision of the Presidential Election Petition Court in the Court of Appeal.
