Three persons were killed and twelve others Including a district head and his eight year old daughter were abducted by armed bandits Bagega Community in Anka Local Government area of Zamfara.
Eleven Persons also sustained injuries during the attack.
The Traditional ruler abducted is known as Sarkin Gabas of Bagege community.
The incident occurred when armed bandits Invaded the community on motorcycles Monday evening and started shooting sporadically, forcing residents to flee for safety.
Sources say eleven Persons who were Critically injured are receiving medical attention in different health facilities.
Police authorities and Zamfara state Government are yet to comment on the incident.
The latest attack is coming a few days after Student’s and staff of federal University Gusau were abducted by Armed bandits, though rescued a few hours after the abduction.
