As states across the country work towards rescuing the economy of the nation through the non-oil sector, Ogun State is set to boost its internally generated revenue with Agriculture, Industrialisation and Technology.
The state Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun made this known during a press conference heralding the 2018 Investors Forum billed for 20th and 21st of March, 2018.
Speaking on the theme, dubbed Consolidating the gains, accelerating growth, the Governor noted that the state is generating a little above 7 billion naira in a month but targets 10 billion naira before the end of the current administration.
He maintained that oil created a lot of problems for Nigerians because the country fails to properly manage oil proceeds.
