Minister of state for Petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu joined other major players in the Oil and Gas sector to tour the ongoing construction of an indigenous fabrication yard that will promote local content in the sector.
The minister promised government’s support and patronage for KAZTEC Engineering with hopes that the fabrication yard will build capacity and create skilled jobs for nigerians.
The facility when completed will be for fabricating drilling and production platforms as well as other specialised structures in the oil and gas sector.
