Some residents of Ogun State under the platform of Police Community Relations have appealed to the federal, state and corporate bodies to assist the police with the provision of equipment, on order to boost their morale and continue to work effectively. They made this known during the inauguration of new executives of the Ilaro Division of the Police Community Relations Committee in an attempt to boost community policing in Ogun West Senatorial District.
Speaking about the efforts of the Police in crime busting across Ogun State, the chairman, of the PCRC, Ibraheem Olaniyan said the police will perform better if properly motivated with equipment and adequate welfare.
He promised that his members will continue to support the police in ensuring the the campaign of Peoples policing spread across the nooks and crannies of Ogun State.
