The Commander of 23rd Amoured Brigade in Yola, has confirmed the arrest of 11 suspects in connection with a missing soldier who was beheaded in Opalo Village, Adamawa State.
Brig.-Gen. Bello Mohammed said that a District Head was among the suspects arrested and has vowed that he will fish out and bring those involved in the crime.
Meanwhile, people are fleeing Opalo village for fear of possible arrest as some residents alleged that part of the village had been set ablaze by gunmen.
