Three persons have been confirmed dead in Orlu Local Govt Area of Imo State following an outburst of Lassa Fever in the state.
Governor Rochas Okorocha who confirmed the story to newsmen expressed shock that the dreaded disease has finally found its way to the state.
The Governor however advised the people to avoid crowded places and maintain healthy a environment.
He also said anybody who has any fever or symptom should report to the nearest hospital.
