US Vice president Pence will be arriving in Israel this Sunday, where he plans to meet Israeli leaders and visit the Western Wall.
He will also visit the Israeli parliament and a Holocaust remembrance center in Jerusalem during the two-day visit.
Pence, however, is not scheduled to meet any Palestinian leaders, who declined to see him.
Watford have sacked manager Marco Silva after a poor run of recent results.
The club says it is convinced Silva’s appointment was the right one and if not for the unwarranted approach by a Premier League rival for his services, it would have continued to prosper under his leadership.
British media earlier reported Everton had approached Portugal’s Silva in their quest to replace Dutchman Ronald Koeman before they appointed Sam Allardyce in November.
