The Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC) has restated its commitment to have a well-motivated workforce to drive its vision for its mandate area.
OSOPADEC chairman, Olugbenga Edema, spoke at a meeting with workers and management at Oba-Ile in Akure North Local Government Area.
Edema said without a well-motivated workforce, there is no way the commission can achieve its goals in the mandate areas
The agency chief added that the commission will empower youths in the area to curb restiveness in the oil producing communities.
