The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) is threatening to embark on a series of activities starting with a protest in Kaduna on Thursday.
The congress says this is to constitutionally defend the rights of the 36,000 sacked workers in the state.
President of the NLC Ayuba Wabba disclosed this at a press conference in Abuja.
Wabba stressed the need for the intervention of the federal government on the matter calling it an obvious disregard and fragrant abuse of an
existing court ruling and legal process.
