.Just three players from the current Champions of the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL, Plateau United, made the squad.

Coach Salisu Yusuf on Tuesday released a list of 23 men for the competition in Morocco without a player from the local league’s runner-up, MFM FC.

Top of the list is goalkeeper, Ikechukwu Ezenwa, who leads five Enyimba players and highest goalscorer, Tony Okpotu.

NPFL Champions, Plateau, former Champions Kano Pillars and Akwa United, have three players each.

The Super Eagles are to leave for the competition this week ahead of their opening group game against Rwanda on the 15th.
