The Nigerian Government has announced the floating of $3 billion aggregate principal amount of dual series notes under its four and half billion dollar Global Medium Term Note programme.
The Notes comprise a one and half billion dollar 10-year series and another one and half billion dollar 30-year series.
The 10-year series will bear interest rate of 6.5%, while the 30-year series will bear interest rate of 7.6%.
The offering attracts significant interests from leading global institutional investors.
