Bayelsa SEEFOR project Coordinator presents buses to vocational schools

SEEFOR Buses -TVCThe Project Coordinator of the Bayelsa State Employment and Expenditure For Results Project  has said the Seriake Dickson administration is committed to the welfare of the people and development of communities in the state. Anyens Adogu spoke to journalists in Yenagoa shortly after an inspection visit to some project construction sites .

The Seriake Dickson administration has made huge investments in the Education sector in Bayelsa state – a vision also share by the State Employment And Expenditure For Results (SEEFOR), and practically demonstrated with the presentation of keys to two buses to the government craft centres in Polaku and Sagbama and a bus to the government science and technical college, Okaka

The SEEFOR in Bayelsa state is passionate about academic and vocational excellence in schools.

Project Coordinator Anyens Adogu and officials of the SEEFOR later embarked on a project site inspection visit to ensure safeguard in Ovom, Yenizue-Gene, Toru-Orua, Toru-Angiama and Ebedbiri which are among the 136
concrete roads of 21.5 km being constructed in the eight council area in the state.

In partnership with the world bank and the European Union, the SEEFOR has engaged 10,264 youths since the inception of the project, with 6,038 presently working in the one year engagement programme, while also funding
“FADAMA 3” community and social development projects and in addition to conducting financial management reforms in the state.
