River state Governor, Nyesom Wike has commended the government of Abia state for making the state governable and peaceful despite the secessionist agenda of the Indigenous People of Biafra, and the controversial intervention of the Army.
Governor Wike also presented six Earth moving duty trucks to the Ministry of Rural Development in the state, urging it to put the equipment to good use.
The C.E.O of the Abia State Road Maintenance Agency, Orji Njoku Agu, assured that the agency will utilize the declining rainy season to do urgent work across the state.
