Ondo Federal Lawmaker, Hon Kolawole Babatunde has urged President Muhammudu Buhari to give more attention toScience and technology, for Nigeria to take its rightful place among the leading economies of the world.
Babatunde who is representing Akoko South West and East in the House of Representatives spoke at the public presentation of science materials to secondary schools in his constituency.
The Lawmaker noted that investment in science, technology and innovation will guarantee the nation’s competitiveness both continental and globally.
Babatunde also also urged scientists to use their wealth of experience to ensure that the tools of science and technology are adequately utilized for the development of the country.
