The Independent National Electoral Commission has issued certificate of return to the Borno state Governor Babagana Zulum winner of the just concluded governorship election.
The Commission also presented certificates of return to the 28 House of Assembly members Elect across the 27 local governments of the state.
The Governor in his address assured the people of the state that his new administration would focus more in improving the living standards of citizens of Borno who are survivors of the 13 year insurgency.
He notes that the second phase of his administration would focus more on food security, security, resettlement, education and youth empowerment.
