POP is a fantastic opportunity for solving the housing deficit in Nigeria however there is need to monitor the agreement & the project so innocent Nigerians are not short changed. Golf Estate on Okuru / Peter odili road Port Harcourt is a fantastic Rivers State and TAF on paper, but a badly implemented one. Residents& Owners who paid huge sums of money have No road No sewage treatment plant & No overhead water tank/ treatment plant etc. Refuse dump openly & sewage pumped into open sewer. Worse of all No Golf course. In solving housing deficit there MUST be proper monitoring
