Many farmers are already complaining that they may lack good hands to help in harvesting their crops.
The farmers blame weak pound and the Brexit crisis, both of which seem to witch haunt migrants and their wages.
About 80,000 migrant workers from EU nations of Romania and Bulgaria are reported to be reluctant in taking up British farm services.
