The signing ceremony was witnessed by the President of Senate, Bukola Saraki, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Honourable Yakubu Dogara and Special Adviser on National Assembly Matters to the President, Senator Ita Enang.

Others are; the minister of Budget and National Planning, Udoma Udo Udoma, his finance Counterpart, Kemi Adeosun and the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Abba Kyari.

Osinbajo’s decision to sign the Budget followed a letter from President Muhammadu Buhari directing him to do so.
