Image result for Manchester Attack: U.K. stopping Intel sharing with U.S., furious over leaks British Police is stopping intelligence sharing about Monday’s suicide bombing with U.S. authorities, after a series of leaks by the Americans.

The first leak came barely 24 hours after the attack, with the U.S. media releasing the name of the bomber, Salman Abedi.

The action got Home Secretary Amber Rudd complaining, saying she was irritated by the disclosure, in what was against the UK’s wishes and asking that such leaks should not happen again.

But in yet another repeat of the leaks, debris from the attack appeared in the New York Times, causing fresh outrage in UK officials.

The UK’s National Police Chiefs’ Council has called the disclosures a breach of trust, which has potentially undermined a major counter-terrorism investigation.
