Experts in the real estate industry say the sector remains robust despite the prevailing economic slow down been experienced in the country.
At the first business clinic of the real estate group of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry chairman of the group and other discussants say the industry is projected to record compound annual growth rate of 9.49 percent over the period of 2016 to 2020.
They added that the present housing deficit been faced in the country indicates a positive prospect for the real estate industry.
