The Supreme Court has reserved judgment in suit filed by President Muhammadu Buhari and the Attorney General of the Federation, seeking an interpretation of Section 84(12) of the electoral act, 2022.
The Seven man panel led by Justice Mohammed Dattijo, says date of judgment will be communicated to the parties in suit.
The Apex Court arrived at this conclusion, after taking arguments from parties and adopting their processes.
The court also granted the Nigerian Bar Association the opportunity to be an amicus curee in the suit.
All progressive grand alliance, who had also filed an application for joinder in the suit, withdrew the application, which was subsequently struck out by the Court
