Reactions continue to pour in over some lawmakers demand for the withdrawal of the suit against the Senate president Bukola Saraki at the code of conduct tribunal.
On Tuesday, the All progressives congress caucus at the senate met with the party’s National Working Committee in a bid to resolve the lingering crisis between the executive and the upper legislative chamber.
But some Nigerians have described the demand as indecent and outrageous. Others say the continued prosecution of the senate president is more political and an attempt to cow the lawmakers by the executive.
