Cassava Researchers from Sub Saharan Africa have converged on Ibadan, the Oyo State Capital to unleash the power of sustainable weed management technology which has generally been agreed to be a major constraint to productivity.
This they said contributed between 50 to 90 per cent in yield losses.
Participants at this year review and work planning for Cassava weed science say there is need to assist Nigerian cassava farmers in the export of the end products.
