Former Osun Governor, Oyetola, calls for Unity of Osun residents

Former Governor of Osun state, Gboyega Oyetola has appealed to citizens and members of the All Progressives Congress across board to remain united so as to achieve victory at the General Elections.

Adegboyega Oyetola was speaking at an Interreligious prayer organised by the leadership of the Party in Osun state to usher in the new year.

It’s his first appearance in the State since he left office on the 27th of November last year.

Former Governor Adegboyega Oyetola was welcomed to the Tinubu/Shettima campaign office in Osogbo by members of the Party

It was an avenue for Muslim and Christian clerics to offer prayers to God to usher in the year 2023.

Addressing the party faithful, Adegboyega Oyetola expressed hope that most of the challenges facing the Country will fizzle out in no distant time when Asiwaju Bola Tinubu becomes the President.

The former Governor also enjoins members of the party to remain resolute and be optimistic that his mandate will be reclaimed.

Elsewhere, a group, Gida Gida movement for Asiwaju held it’s meeting in Ilesa.

National Coordinator of the Group says the endorsement of LP presidential candidate by former President Olusegun Obasanjo would not stop the victory of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

Members of the group promised to mobilize support for the APC presidential candidate to win the election.

APC NORTHWEST COMMITTEE MEETS IN GOMBE

As part of efforts to clinch victory at the polls, the All Progressives Congress campaign committee responsible for contact and mobilization in the northeast region is giving priority to grassroots engagement.

Rising from its meeting in Gombe, the committee is confident that its strategy would guarantee victory for the APC candidate.

Part of the plan is also to convince influencers and neutrals who are not members of the APC to support their presidential candidate.

It is election year and straight off the gun, the APC campaign is deploying its arsenal charging for victory.

After hours of brainstorming, the committee is confident it has a failproof strAPC ategy.

Regional in its mandate but local in operation and focus.

The plan is to battle for hearts and minds at the grassroots and deploy these rural dwellers as ambassadors.

Beyond rallying APC leaders and members, it is also reaching out to neutrals and undecided voters.

The goal is to create an unstoppable momentum before election day to guarantee victory.

Members of APC and supporters of Bola Tinubu are flaunting his contributions to the fight for democratic rule in Nigeria and his stewardship as governor of Lagos State.

They hope that he can replicate his stellar performance in Lagos on a national scale.
