The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has announced 42 new cases of Coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections to 166,061.
The disease control centre made this known on its micro site late on Monday.
Breakdown of the new infections show that Lagos recorded 14 cases, Gombe-11, Ebonyi-5, Kano-5, FCT-4, Edo-1, Kaduna-1 and Rivers-1
So far, a total of 156,492 patients have been treated and discharged, while 2,067 deaths have so far been recorded from COVID-19 complications.
