Katsina State Governor and former Speaker of Nigeria’s House of Representatives, Aminu Bello-Masari, says there isn’t any need for the invocation of a doctrine of necessity as President Muhammadu Buhari recuperates in London.
He stated this at the special prayer session held in honour of President Muhammadu Buhari in Katsina state.
The state chief executive insists there isn’t any need for the hues and cry generated by Buhari’s extension of his vacation.
The prayer session was well-attended by top Islamic clerics in and around the state, and several top government functionaries and a host of others.
