Statistics from the Nigerian Communications Commission indicate that the number of internet users in the country increased to 94 million last December.
More business owners are now exploring the online platform to boost market share as harsh economic conditions persist.
At a press briefing in Lagos Wednesday, a Business Development Expert, Olumide Makinde said many businesses have been forced to adapt to modern technology and find alternatives to such things as power generation, but foreign exchange scarcity and weak value of the naira remains a huge challenge.
Makinde therefore called on policy makers to urgently look into making foreign exchange easily accessible to genuine business owners at the official rates.
