The Nigeria Police has upgraded its technical platform to allow other law enforcement agencies access to its intelligence database.
The i-24/7 platform also enables the Nigeria Police access to the larger database of the International Criminal Police Organization also known as *INTERPOL.*
The upgrade according to the Inspector General of Police Ibrahim Idris is coming at a time that security forces need to step up co-operation in the fight against crime within the country and across its boarders.
