Another suicide attack has been foiled in Maiduguri, Borno state. A member of the civilian joint task force prevented the assailant from getting close to a mosque in Dalori quarters where Muslim faithful were observing their early morning prayers.
The bomber, a child speculated to be about 10 years old then detonated the explosive killing himself and the civilian JTF in the process.
Members of the National Emergency Management Agency confirmed the attack assuring that normalcy has returned to the area.
