Nigerian striker, Isaac Success has dispelled the talks that juju (African voodoo) is the reason for his constant injuries.
Since his move to Watford last summer, Success has only made one start and seven Premier League substitute appearances for the Hornets this season because of a reoccurring hamstring injury.
Isaac is currently recovering from another injury and there have been talks that juju (African voodoo) is the cause of the injuries.
Reacting to the rumour, Isaac insists that he is a Christian and don’t believe in African voodoo.
“I heard that, I’m a Christian and I really don’t believe in that,” he told Watford official website.
“Injury comes when you are a professional and most of the time hard work can help prevent it.
“I’ve really started working harder than before to prevent injuries. I believe I’m coming back stronger and stronger than before.”
The striker who has scored just one league goal so far has revealed he is set to return to training.
