The comrade Joe Ajaero led NLC has announced to the public about the birth of a new mega united labour movement called the United Labour Congress.
This new labour movement according to Comrade Joe Ajaero arose following the several challenges workers are faced with.
This was said during the inaugural delegates conference held in Lagos. He however said that a leading aviation company will be shut down on Tuesday 20th December 2016, this is because the aviation company is owing workers seven months salary.
The new federation of labour unions elected its officers by affirmation during the delegates conference.
