A Federal High Court has found former sopkesman of the People’s Democratic Party, Olisa Metuh, and his company, Destra Investment limited guilty of possessing and control of the N400million.
The court ruled that Metuh ought to know the money is a proceed of money laundering.
Ruling on other charges preferred against him still ongoing at the time of filing this report.
