The Martin Luther Agwai International Leadership and Peacekeeping Centre, MLAILPKC, has ended a course In Anti-Piracy for members of the African Armed Forces.
The 3-week course was designed to foster cooperation among the participating countries in securing their maritime domain, especially the Gulf of Guinea.

The gulf of guinea, which was notorious for piracy, is now experiencing relative peace.
Sustaining the peace is one of the goals these military officers would be seeking to achieve.
But the stakes are higher as consolidating on the peace is in itself a challenge.
