An Election Tribunal sitting at the Lagos High Court has upheld the victory of the candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Kolawole Taiwo, as member of the Federal House of Representatives for Ajeromi-Ifelodun Federal Constituency
Delivering the Judgement, on the petition filed by the PDP candidate Rita Orji, Justice Hamidu Kunasa noted that the petition lacks merit and declared the APC candidate as the winner.
The lead Counsel for INEC, Ishola Tijani, said the judgement was delivered after resolving all the twenty points issues raised by the Petitioner.
