More than a hundred and fifty Ladies are participating in the 2019 Nigeria Ladies Open Golf Championship which teed-off on Wednesday at the IBB International Golf and Country Club in Abuja.
The three-day championship which is being organised by the Ladies Golf Association of Nigeria is attracting amateur lady golfers from seven countries, as well as over 100 amateur male golfers.
Apart from host country Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Botswana and Zambia have participants at the 2019 edition, an indication that the competition will be tougher this year.
