The governor said this at the Flag-off of another empowerment program in Katsina for seven thousand women from the North West zone by the national Assembly members spouses association.
Governor Dikko Radda who flagged off the exercise also disclosed plans by his administration to roll out more programs targeted at youth and women.
Women empowerment is considered as one of the priority projects of the federal and the State government to reduce the hardship being faced as a result of the ongoing economic reforms.
