The President-elect, Bola Tinubu has asked the presidential election petitions court to strike out the list of witnesses and documents in the petition filed by the people’s Democratic Party.He also prayed the court to dismiss the PDP’s petition in it’s entirety for being void of jurisdiction and merit.
Making these submissions on behalf of the president elect, his Counsel, Yusuf Ali noted that the PDP’s petition is grossly incompetent.
Adopting their various written addresses INEC has prayed the court to strike out 32 paragraphs of the PDP’s petition.
The commission is also praying the court to strike out the PDP’s reply to the application.
The All progressives Congress on its part has prayed the court to dismiss the petition of the PDP.
