Chief Executive Officers of Commercial Banks in Nigeria have lent their support to the House of Representatives’ call for extension of deadline for the use of old naira notes.
They gave their support at a meeting with the house ad hoc committee on Banking and Other financial issues on Thursday in Abuja.
Earlier, speaker of the House of Representatives threatened the CBN governor with arrest warrant if he fails to honour lawmakers’ invitation next Tuesday.
