Gunmen have invaded Ikare-Akoko community in Akoko North East Local Government Area of Ondo state, killing two security guards in the process.
The gunmen invaded a market and NASFAT School in the community, and killed the two security guards and dismembered their bodies, leaving their remains in the pool of blood.
A source said the bandits attacked the two places in the middle of the night.
The source added that the way and manner the suspected bandits carried out the attack raised the suspicion of ritual killing.
.Confirming the incident, spokesperson of the command, Funmi Odunlami, said investigation had commenced into the incident, assuring that the killers would be arrested.
“We have commenced investigation into the incident, and the criminals will soon be arrested” she said
