APC holds parallel Congress in Niger state

A parallel executive council has emerged in the Niger state All Progressive Congress state election.

The factional group says their parallel Congress is an expression of their democratic rights alleging that they were denied participation in the party after following the legal process of purchasing forms from the party headquarters in Abuja.
