Northern lawmakers advocate establishment of testing centres in LGAs

Speakers of the State Houses of Assembly in the North have dismissed doubts by many that Coronavirus does not exist.

The speakers rose from a meeting in Kaduna, the region’s capital where they applauded efforts of the government to check spread of the disease.

The speakers are demanding establishment of testing centres in local government areas across the country.

Insecurity in the region was also discussed by the speakers.

They tasked the federal government to double efforts at keeping the region safe.
