Director General of the World Health Organisation, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said the first results of over 20 Vaccines and therapeutics being developed for the cure of the Coronavirus, are expected in a few weeks.
He disclosed this on Friday in his opening remarks at the media briefing on the virus.
Mr Ghebreyesus said the report of the W.H.O-China Joint Mission has now published its report, which is available in English on W.H.O website, and will also be posted in Chinese on the National Health Commission website.
He added that the report includes a wealth of information, and 22 recommendations for China, affected and unaffected countries.
The report calls for all countries to educate their populations, expand surveillance, find, isolate and care for every case and every contact, in an all government and all-of-the society approach .
