Supreme court has adjourned the hearing of an application filed by Emeka Ihedioha to review its judgment on the Imo State governorship election to 2nd of March, 2020.
This comes after Counsel to the former Governor Kanu Agabi requested for an adjournment to enable him regularize all processes.
Counsel to Governor Hope Uzodinma said he has no objection.
Meanwhile, the court has commenced hearing of another application for review of Judgment filed by the All Progressives Congress on the Zamfara State governorship election.
The seven member panel of the Justices of the Supreme court is led by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Tanko Muhammad.
