Cardiff City players, management and fans paid tribute to Emiliano Sala on Tuesday at a memorial service at St David’s Cathedral in Cardiff on the first anniversary of the player’s death.
Sala died in a plane crash on January 21, 2019 while traveling to Cardiff to join the then Premier League club from French side Nantes on a 15 million pounds deal.
Cardiff captain Sean Morrison, defender Sol Bamba and manager Neil Harris where among those who attended the service for the Argentine soccer player.
