Former INEC Chairman, Professor Attahiru Jega has attributed the lack of access to quality education, health and social welfare, also a lack of opportunity for productive undertakings as some of the challenges facing Africa’s youth.

Jega said governments at all levels should create opportunities and provide
support services for the teeming youth population, as these would enable them grow and participate in the process of nation building.
