Unremitted N200bn : NPA threatens legal action

Image result for nigerian ports authorityThe Nigerian Ports Authority has threatened to recover about 200 billion naira debt owed it by some firms in the maritime industry.

The Managing Director, Hadiza Bala Usman is threatening legal action in her determination to recover the money which the firms collected, but failed to remit to NPA through the treasury single account.

Usman who made the disclosure during an interactive session in Lagos says that the agency is currently looking at strategic measures to recoup the massive debts
