The FCT High Court has adjourned the trial of former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki till January next year.
This followed the absence of one of the defendants in the trial, Salisu Shuaibu who fell ill and was hospitalised.
Prosecution counsel, Oluwaleke Atolagbe applied for a short adjournment pending the recovery of the defendant.
Shuaibu who served as a former Director of Finance and Account in the Office of the National Security Adviser had always being present in court since the charge was filed and it was on this note that Justice Baba Yusuf obliged to grant the request for the adjournment.
Meanwhile the second charge referred from Justice Peter Affen to Justice Baba Yusuf was similarly adjourned to January 24, 2017 for mention.
